How we work

One clear process from request
to implemented decision.

Technology speeds up the work. We turn it into advice you can act on, negotiations that reflect your business and decisions your team can carry forward.

Talk through your needs

Our process

For each matter, we…

01

Define the request

We check the facts and confirm the urgency, scope and desired business outcome.

02

Set priority and capacity

We add the matter to the legal matter register, with its priority and proposed Token estimate or a separate fixed fee. You see what is happening, who is responsible and what needs your input.

03

Advise and act

We advise on the legal implications and undertake the drafting, review and negotiation needed to move the matter forward.

04

Document the decision

We record agreed positions, approvals, obligations and next steps, so they remain available to your team and inform the next matter.

The compact legal operating system

Client knowledge should become an asset, not disappear with each matter.

For continuing clients, we maintain a legal matter register, agreed templates, playbooks and fallback positions, signing thresholds, governance calendar, material obligations, specialist map and regular reporting.

See the input we need from you, the work we are progressing and what is ready for your team to implement. The register links each matter to its documents and retains the outcome for future reference.
