Fees exclude VAT where applicable. No separate setup fee. When you sign up, we agree your service-start date: your own three-month service quarters and monthly billing begin on that date. Unused Tokens expire at each quarter-end. Onboarding uses an agreed part of the first quarter’s allowance. Plans start with a three-month term, with work scheduled around priorities and active-matter limits. Final commercial terms are confirmed before work starts.

How capacity works

Tokens make the workload visible. They are not billable hours.

We estimate the number of Tokens for a substantive request when it comes in. Brief in-scope questions that can be answered from our existing knowledge, and clarifications on work already underway, ordinarily use no additional Tokens. Explore examples and calculate your likely use.

We show the scope, timing and fee. You can reprioritise, approve more capacity or decline. Same-day and weekend work is subject to availability and an agreed additional Token allocation or separately approved fee.
